Apparently Lotus wanted Schumi to drive for them for the last two races this year to replace injured Finnish master-mumbler and bumbler Kimi Räikkönen (did I get that right? His last name has more umlauts than the entire German language).

Sadly (for those of us going to the race at least), the Shoe-maker said no. Maybe he will be at the race anyways, seeing as he bought a ranch nearby.
